  • At Motorworks Performance we understand that when shopping online a whole new spectrum of issues can arise. In the virtual shopping environment we still feel it's the customer service that makes the biggest difference to producing the most satisfied customer. Let's face it, what good is paying the lowest price if you have to wait two or three weeks to get an order or are the victim of 'bait n switch' tactics? What good is a part shipped that arrives damaged or is wrong for your application? Just like the customers who walk in and buy their parts you expect the parts you purchased to be correct, arrive timely, and support for any issues which may arise as quickly as possible.

    In a perfect world we'd have no issues and everything would work as we wanted when we wanted. Regretfully, this is not a perfect world and sometimes issues arise. This is when Customer Service is needed to make things right. On the links to the right you will find the information needed to resolve many issues which could possibly arise.

    While the Motorworks Performance offices are not open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, quite often someone is available beyond those times to provide you assistance. So, should there ever be a question or need to speak with someone and get personal help we are here to talk to - email, phone, facsimile. Real people to provide real answers and solutions.

    Finally you will find our policies on the use of your information collected. We are not some online presence that receives an order then calls someone else to have goods shipped. Motorworks Performance, LLC is a physical entity that installs the parts we sell in a new facility located in Lakeland, Florida about fifteen minutes from USA International Speedway. As such we are a licensed business that must comply with state and county laws as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover merchant account rules and procedures for the handling and security of customer information.
